Where we ship

Grrook Fashion ships to the destinations offered on the checkout page for your address. If a country or region is not listed there, we cannot ship that order.

Shipping cost

Shipping is not a flat fee advertised on the product page, because the carrier rate depends on the destination, weight, and service you choose. The shipping price, any tax, and the total are shown on the secure checkout page before you pay. You can leave checkout without paying if the total is not what you expected.

Processing and delivery

We prepare orders within 2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and US holidays. Transit time is the estimate shown for the shipping method at checkout. A carrier delay, customs hold, or incomplete address can add time. We email tracking when the label is created, to the address you used at checkout.

Address and lost packages

Check the shipping address before you pay. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete, contact help@grrookfashion.shop and we will tell you the cost to reship it. If tracking shows a delivery problem, email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and include your order number.

Returns of delivered items are covered by the refund policy.
